Services provided include free evaluations, arrangements for the delivery of medical supplies and equipment, and 24-hour telephone consultation with a registered nurse. Bayfront Home Health is licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program. Services and licenses are available in the four counties of Charlotte, DeSoto, Lee and Sarasota. Accepting Medicare and private insurance claims.
