Prenatal Registration Tour

The tour will provide you with valuable information and the opportunity for our staff to answer your questions. To complete your pre-registration process, call (941) 766-4660 within the next few days to schedule your tour.

It is important that you pre-register as early as possible in your pregnancy. Then, when you come, you will need to bring the following items with you:

• This folder with all the included pre-registration forms completed to the best of your ability.
• Copies of your photo ID, social security card and any insurance cards and/or letters of pending Medicaid.

Out of respect for others trying to listen, please arrange for childcare of any other children during the tour. Classes are held at the hospital. Enter through the main lobby and follow the signs.
